Electric welding gate valve

Overview：

Electric welded gate valve is an automated shut-off valve equipped with an electric drive device based on the national standard welded gate valve (butt welding/socket welding connection). It drives the valve stem to lift and lower the gate through a motor, achieving remote control or automatic opening and closing, suitable for working conditions that require frequent operation, remote monitoring, or high automation (such as oil pipelines and intelligent pipe networks). The core advantages include:

◆ Automation control: can be connected to DCS system, supporting 4-20mA signal regulation or switch control;

◆ High precision operation: The electric device comes with a travel/torque limit to avoid damage to the sealing surface caused by excessive opening/clearance;

◆ Wide applicability: compatible with high temperature, high pressure, and corrosive media, with driving torque covering DN15-DN1000 caliber.

Working pressure：0.25MPa～76.0MPa/150Lb～4500Lb/10K～320K.
