Overview：

Electric flange fully welded ball valve is a type of cut-off valve that integrates an electric actuator and a fully welded valve body structure. Its core components include:

◆ Fully welded valve body: using seamless steel pipe welding or forging welding process, the valve body has no flange connection seam, excellent sealing performance, suitable for high-pressure, buried and other harsh scenarios.

◆ Flange connection end: The two ends of the valve body are connected to the pipeline through flanges (such as ANSI and DN standards), which is more convenient for on-site installation and disassembly compared to fully welded pipeline ball valves.

◆ Electric actuator: equipped with an electric motor, gearbox, and control module, capable of remote opening, closing, or adjustment through electrical signals (such as 4-20mA), supporting automation control.

◆ Sphere and sealing system: Spheres are mostly solid structures, with metal hard seals (such as Stellite alloy) or soft seals (PTFE) used on the sealing surface, combined with floating or fixed valve seats to achieve bidirectional sealing.

Nominal diameter：10mm～2000mm and 1/2"～80".

Working pressure：0.25MPa～76.0MPa/150Lb～4500Lb/10K～320K.
