Electric fully welded ball valve

Overview：

Electric fully welded ball valve is a high-end cut-off valve that integrates electric drive technology and fully welded valve body structure. It achieves automatic control through electrical signals and is suitable for harsh working conditions such as high pressure, buried, flammable and explosive. Its core components include:

◆ Fully welded valve body: welded from seamless steel pipes or forgings, without flange connection gaps, with high overall strength and excellent sealing performance, suitable for harsh working conditions such as underground and high pressure.

◆ Electric execution system: Integrated with electric motor, reduction gear, control module and position feedback device, remote opening and closing or adjustment is achieved through electrical signals (such as 4-20mA), supporting automation control.

◆ Sphere and sealing components: Spheres are mostly solid structures, with metal hard seals (such as Stellite alloy) or soft seals (PTFE) used on the sealing surface, combined with floating or fixed valve seats to achieve bidirectional sealing.

Working pressure：0.25MPa～76.0MPa/150Lb～4500Lb/10K～320K.
