Overview：

Hard contact flange butterfly valve refers to a butterfly valve that adopts a metal hard sealing structure (such as stainless steel to hard alloy) and flange connection method, and achieves medium cutoff or adjustment by driving the butterfly plate to rotate through the valve stem. Its core feature lies in the direct extrusion of metal sealing surfaces to form a rigid seal, which is suitable for harsh working conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, and particle content that traditional soft sealed butterfly valves cannot handle. It combines the installation reliability of flange connections with the wear and corrosion resistance of hard seals.
