Overview：

Hard contact butterfly valve refers to a type of butterfly valve that uses a metal valve seat and metal butterfly plate for direct contact sealing. Through the design of "hard seal+wear-resistant structure", it solves the problems of sealing failure and erosion wear under harsh working conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, and particulate media. Its core feature lies in the use of hard contact between the metal surface of the butterfly plate and the valve seat to achieve truncation, while optimizing the material and structure to enhance impact resistance, suitable for harsh environments that traditional soft sealed butterfly valves cannot handle.
