Overview：

Pneumatic fixed flange ball valve is an automated shut-off valve that uses compressed air as the power source, adopts flange connection method, and is designed with a fixed ball body. Its core features are:

◆ Pneumatic drive: The actuator is driven by compressed air (usually at a source pressure of 0.4~0.7MPa) to achieve valve opening, closing, or adjustment. It is suitable for explosion-proof, non powered, or quickly cut off working conditions.

◆ Fixed sphere: The sphere is fixed by upper and lower valve shafts, and does not produce displacement under pressure. It relies on the elasticity or mechanical force of the valve seat to achieve sealing, and is suitable for high-pressure, large-diameter, and high viscosity media.

◆ Flange connection: The valve body and pipeline are connected by flange bolts, and the sealing surface meets ANSI, DN, JIS and other standards. It is easy to install and disassemble, and has strong pressure bearing capacity.

Nominal diameter：10mm～2000mm and 1/2"～80".

Working pressure：0.25MPa～76.0MPa/150Lb～4500Lb/10K～320K.
