Overview：

Electric three piece fixed ball valve is a type of cut-off valve that integrates electric drive, three piece valve body structure, and fixed ball design. Its core features are:

◆ Three piece valve body: composed of a left valve body, a middle valve body, and a right valve body connected by bolts, with a detachable structure that facilitates quick disassembly and assembly during maintenance, without the need to disassemble pipelines, especially suitable for space limited or frequent maintenance scenarios.

◆ Fixed ball: The ball is fixed by the upper and lower valve shafts, and does not produce axial displacement when under pressure. It relies on the elastic deformation or movement of the valve seat to achieve sealing, and is more suitable for high-pressure and large-diameter working conditions compared to floating ball valves.

◆ Electric drive system: equipped with angular stroke electric actuators, supports remote automation control, and can accurately achieve valve opening and closing and flow regulation.

Working pressure：0.25MPa～76.0MPa/150Lb～4500Lb/10K～320K.
